Before the end of the year, it is very likely that the Tier-3 MIT cluster will
be moved from the ground floor of building 24 to the 5th floor.

This is a major deal and needs to be prepared so that
1) we will ensure minor downtime to the users
2) we will take full advantage of the new setup

Here we document the tasks needed to achieve these goals.
